I designed the identity for a software platform that elevates the care coordination experience for patients transitioning from hospitals to post-acute care facilities.
I chose the name Cadence, which connects to the product’s purpose in a few different ways—for the patient, getting back to a normal rhythm, progress, journey, movement, etc.; for the care management team, establishing a steady process without hiccups or snares, keeping things flowing smoothly.
The logo was inspired by the Golden Ratio, a recurring pattern found in nature that is said to be the "ideal visual proportion."
